I have to admit I was reluctant to try it especially at the price of 40.00 a box but I wanted to get the most out of my can. UPS lost the package, so somewhat frustrated I call the company and was able to get through to an actual person and didn’t have to go through a bunch of online clicks. The person was very helpful in getting me taken care of. So I thought well at least the customer service is decent. when the box finally arrived I went to the range there the next day figuring I was going to be disappointed. much to my surprise the first was so quiet I thought and my buddy beside me thought it was a squib. My heart dropped. Cleared the gun checked its clear barrel. The same thing happened on the next 3 rounds. After that, I continued to pull the trigger until the full 20rd mag was empty. No malfunctions, no crossway bullets nice round holes. It worked in both my 16inch ARs. I recommend it and will be buying more. Thank you


Our Company warrants its ammunition to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser. During the warranty period, we will (at our sole option) repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any defective part or product covered by this warranty when it is returned by the original owner with proof of purchase and an assigned ‘Return Goods Authorization Number’ from the factory. The repair, replacement, or refund will be without charge except for reasonable shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

If you have a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Department at +1 325-455-0244 (WhatsApp). Each warranty return must receive pre-authorization and a return goods authorization number.

This warranty does not cover products damaged or rendered defective due to accident, misuse, abuse, modification, water damage, neglect, reloading, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instructions for use.

ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW SHALL IN NO EVENT EXTEND BEYOND DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. How do I confirm that what I want is in stock and will ship immediately?

It is very easy. Just look at the “Ready to Ship” quantities displayed on our site under each product. These numbers reflect the exact amount of inventory in our warehouse that is available for immediate shipment. If we run out of a given product, our system no longer displays the product. We do this to make your shopping experience fast, easy, and efficient.

When will my order ship?

In general, orders placed before 2 PM Central on a business day will ship that same day and you will receive a confirmation of shipment at that time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship on weekends and on holidays. All orders placed after 2 PM Central or on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my order confirmation number and tracking number?

You will receive two order-related e-mails from our office. The first e-mail will be sent to you immediately after you place your order and will contain your order confirmation number. You will then receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will contain your shipment’s tracking number. If you have not received either of the two e-mails mentioned above, please check your SPAM folder.
